Order and price conditions
Customers have the possibility to make all their orders from the Internet page: www.lelelerele.com Each customer declares with full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs that result from the purchase of products through LeleLerele
By pressing the “Pay” button during the purchase process, the member declares to accept fully and without reservations all of the present General Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by LeleLerele constitute proof of the transactions made between LeleLerele and the members of your Private Community. LeleLerele will confirm your order by sending an email.
The contractual information is presented in Spanish language and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
The prices of our products not include any possible taxes, duties or customs fees. The minimum purchase is € 10 (not including shipping or other expenses).
LeleLerele reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the moment of the registration of the orders (subject to availability of the product), except for obvious typographical error .
The products remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the price has occurred.
Availability
LeleLerele will make every effort to ensure the availability of the products. In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been made the customer will be informed by email of cancellation of this one. As a result of this demand, the speed of the return in the bank account of the customer will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank.
Payment
Bank transfer
If you have chosen this method of payment in your purchase you will receive an email with the information necessary to make the transfer.
To make the payment of an invoice must include: Order number. Name of the person who enters. You must go to LeleLerele in the account number that we will provide in the confirmation email.
(If there are fees due to international bank transfers, these will be paid by the customer).
If after 7 days from the completion of the order has not been made the entry will proceed to cancel the order. If the transfer involves some extra cost this will be borne by the client.
We will begin to prepare your order at the time of receiving the income or proof of income. Keep this in mind if you need your product for a certain date, as orders by bank transfer usually take a little longer.
Paypal
Paypal is a completely secure payment platform. Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the banking data linked to these means of payment, so that LeleLerele does not know or register these data during the payment transaction.
In this mode the payment will be charged as the customer has contracted with paypal. (This mode has no cost to the customer.)
Card payment
You can pay with your credit or debit card with total comfort. We use all internet security standards. Our payment gateway is totally secure so we will never know your bank card details.

Security
For your safety LeleLerele has relied on the system of payment by credit card to a payment gateway. Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the banking data linked to these means of payment, so that
LeleLerele does not know or register these data during the payment transaction.
Delivery
Shipments are generally made by private courier service (Correos Express). For those Users whose shipments are destined for other countries, the International Postal Service is used. Transportation costs are borne by the buyer, and will be established in the shopping cart.
You will be able to access all the information of your purchase, download your invoice or review your data once the payment has been confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: “My Orders”, from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.
LeleLerele will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered.
Order preparation times range from 1 to 3 weeks.
In periods of high demand such as the weeks before Christmas, the deadlines may be extended, please write to me at info@lelelerele.com if you need it urgently or for a specific day.
Lele Lerele is not responsible for delays that may be caused by external causes, such as transport failures, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.
We will inform you of the departure of the order from the post office, by sending an email or a note in the order, where the shipment tracking number will be indicated.
Each delivery is considered made from the time the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, even having the possibility of rejecting the package, if it has been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.
In the event that it is necessary, it will be the buyers who pay the applicable tariffs and customs duties. LeleLerele is not responsible for such payments. LeleLerele is not responsible for possible delays due to customs procedures, transport failures, strikes or adverse weather conditions.

Return
All products sold to Spain may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law. Returns of international orders are not accepted.
If you want to make a return, first write an email to info@lelelerele.com, informing us of the reasons. We will respond to you by means of another email, and we will specify the precise instructions for the return of the product. The return costs will be borne by the customer. One-way shipping costs will not be refunded either.
The refund in the customer’s account as a result of this return, will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by lelelerele. The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly used, or if they have been personalized with embroidery.
The products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by lelelerele in the precise instructions for returning the product sent by email.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is sought has been used or damaged, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.
Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address,…) may not be returned either. The expenses and risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product is in poor condition, due to a manufacturing fault or defect, the full amount will be refunded, including shipping costs.
Modification of the general conditions of sale
LeleLerele reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the same as the way in which they appear presented or located in their servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the LeleLerele page
Incorrect use of the product
LeleLerele is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by misuse of any of our products. Please read the recommendations for each product carefully before using it. Many of our products are decorative, they are not suitable for children under 3 years of age to play. In any case, the game must always be under the supervision of an adult.
